Sample Policy
We supply samples in various specifications for you to verify fabric color, hand feel, weight and quality before bulk production.
Standard Swatch
Primarily for color and texture reference, with a small size.
Medium & Large Swatch
Full fabric pieces for actual hand feel and physical property verification. Sampling fee is charged based on size.
Custom Development Sample
Samples developed for brand-new fabric formulas and special processes. Sampling fee applies.
Fee Note: Once your formal bulk order is placed, the paid sampling fee can be deducted from the corresponding order payment.
Lead Time: Standard Swatch: 2–3 working days | Custom Development Sample: 20–25 working days
Sample Shipping: Shipping cost is borne by the customer. DHL, FedEx and UPS are available; freight collect is acceptable.

Custom Process
We support full-scale custom development of denim fabrics to fit brand new product launches, special styles and specific end garment applications.
Information Required from Client
- Target fabric weight and width
- Requirements for composition and stretch performance
- Color reference (physical color card or image)
- Garment application (pants / jackets / workwear, etc.)

Custom Workflow
- Client submits custom requirements
- Our technical team conducts evaluation and provides a process proposal
- We produce initial samples for client review
- Sample revision based on client feedback
- Both parties confirm the final sealed sample
- Once the sealed sample is approved, bulk production can commence
Development Lead Time: 5–7 days for regular customization; 7–12 days for full new fabric development from scratch
Bulk Process
After the sealed sample is confirmed, bulk goods will be produced following standardized procedures to ensure stable quality and controllable lead time.
- Both parties confirm all order details: fabric specifications, price, MOQ and delivery time
- Client pays 30% production deposit, then the factory formally starts production
- Bulk production stages: Sizing & Indigo Dyeing → Weaving → Inspection → Finishing
- We update progress during mid-production; real photos or videos can be provided.
- Final inspection of finished goods: test for color fastness, shrinkage, weight and visual defects
- Client settles the balance payment of the order
- Packing completed and shipment arranged

We offer multiple logistics solutions for samples and bulk shipments to meet different lead time requirements.

FAQ
1. What is the MOQ?
The standard MOQ for solid color is 3,000 meters (3,281 yards). For non-stock items, MOQ is 5,000 meters (5,470 yards). Small trial orders can be accepted subject to available conditions.
2. Can I get free swatches?
Standard reference swatches are free of charge. International courier freight is at the customer’s cost. Once formal bulk order is placed, the sampling fee paid can be deducted from the order amount.
3. What payment terms do you accept?
We mainly adopt T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, balance to be settled before shipment.
